Brooks has unparalleled knowledge of the local real estate market and as well the surrounding communities, which gave us great confidence in deciding to relocate our family to a city we knew very little about. He and his team were in communication and top of things every step of the way with us, which helped to keep things moving. Brooks did a great job during our negotiations and process management even despite several challenges that happened with other parties involved with our transactions - he's a fighter in diplomat's clothing. I think his greatest asset is his sincerity - he never once exerted an ounce of pressure on us in terms of looking at more properties or going back multiple times to the property we ended up purchasing - his singular focus was our satisfaction, comfort, and happiness.

Brooks always has ideas of how to take change a house for the better, while also having a lot of foresight of potential future concerns. Throughout the process (and even after closing!) he has been there every step of the way making sure that everything went smoothly. He also was very responsive and helped us close ahead of schedule, during a pandemic! Buying a house is never a truly stress-free experience but with Brooks, it often feels that way.
